Simply tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen, and then select “Tagging.” From there, you can type in the person’s name or Instagram handle and hit “Tag.” If you want to mention someone in a story but don’t have their name or handle, just type “@” followed by their username and hit “Tag.” ..
