If you have not connected to the Wi-Fi network in a while, or if you have had trouble connecting to the network in the past, you may need to find and view your Wi-Fi password. To do this, open your computer’s main menu and select “System Preferences.” In the “Network” tab, click on the “Wi-Fi” icon. In the “Wi-Fi Password” field, enter your current Wi-Fi password. If you are using a Macbook Air or earlier model computer, you may need to type in a six letter code instead of just a number. For example, my current Wi-Fi password is C8E2D7B4.
