I usually take pictures in 1080p HD, although my iPhone 6S can shoot in 4K. But I use 4K when I want to be able to crop the image without losing quality. To choose recording quality, set your phone’s camera to “1080p HD.” If you’re using a 4K monitor, avoid using Airplane mode to avoid distractions.
When using a camera in Video mode, make sure that the camera is in the Video mode.

If you can, try to film your video or photo shoot in low light conditions. This will give your images a more cinematic look and make them more realistic. ..
