How to Make a transparent watermark in Illustrator
To create a transparent watermark in Illustrator, follow these steps:
- Open Illustrator and click the File menu and select New File.
- Type a name for the new file and click OK.
- In the resulting dialog, enter a location for the file and click OK.

- In Photoshop, open the file you just created and select Edit > Watermark > Transparency from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
