I will show you how to do this in this article. If you don’t want other people to see your files on Google Drive, you probably wouldn’t upload them. However, if you want different people to be able to see different files, then you need some management. ..

Google Drive is a cloud drive that allows users to store files in Google Cloud Storage. You can hide files from other users by saving them in the appropriate Google Drive folder, and grant access to people or groups when needed. However, if you want to share an entire folder with a team or family, but you only want to share a few important or private files in that folder, you may need to move the files to another folder.

To keep previous versions of any fill, right-click on that file and choose “Manage Versions.” Now click the “3 vertical dots” icon on the previous version that you want to keep forever and check the “keep forever” option. That’s it!!!

Final note

Google Drive is a great way to store and share files with your friends and family. However, if you have any secret files that you don’t want anyone to see, you need to use Google Drive’s hidden file feature. This feature will help you store your files securely and anonymously, without anyone knowing what they’re looking at. Here’s how to use Google Drive’s hidden file feature:

  1. Open Google Drive and sign in.
  2. Click on the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen. This will show a list of all of your folders.
  3. Scroll down until you find the folder that corresponds to your secret file name. For example, if your secret file name is “password”, then the folder would be “password-secret”.
  4. Click on the link in the top right corner of this folder’s header (or press Ctrl+F5). This will open a new window with a list of all of your hidden files inside of it.
  5. Scroll through these files until you find the one that corresponds to your secret file name (or press Ctrl+F5 again if there are multiple hidden files). If everything looks good, click on OK to close this window and finish storing your secret file in Google Drive!
