How to do a Video Conference via WhatsApp – Guide
WhatsApp introduced a new video calling feature to its Indian users in 2016. This new feature is called " WhatsApp Video Calling." You can call a contact on WhatsApp and the two can see each other on the smartphone screen. The video calling feature is only available on Android and iOS devices. How to make group calls on WhatsApp
In the “Calls” section

From a group chat
To open a chat in a group, select “Chats” at the bottom of the screen and select a chat to open it.
If your chat has four people or less in total, you’ll see a video icon and phone icon (without a plus sign) in the upper right corner. If you tap on one of these icons, you’ll initiate a call with everyone in the chat automatically.
If your group chat has more than four people, you will need to select who you want to add to the call. To add a member to the call, click on the button that has a phone and a plus sign in the upper right corner. The names of the group chat members will appear. Up. Select who you want to add to the call by tapping the circles next to their name.
