Uninstall and Reinstall TouchPad Drivers

Press Windows key and press R to open the Run dialog.

To open the device manager, type devmgmt.msc and press Enter. ..

In the Device Manager, expand Mice and Other Pointing Devices and select the mouse.

Right-click the TouchPad Pointing Device and choose Uninstall.

When the uninstall is complete, restart your computer.

After Windows rebooted, the touchpad should automatically be re-installed. If the touchpad settings do not reappear, you can navigate to Startup Image > Settings Image > Devices > Touchpad and see if the touchpad is listed.

Install Microsoft Precision Touchpad Drivers

According to your touchpad model, please download the driver below.

The downloaded zip file contains a file called “MyApp.exe”.
